Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of useframework.ai, the Framework Console, and related services (together, the “Services”) provided by Framework (“Framework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
Framework provides software that helps you describe a workflow, surface decisions, and draft an automation-ready workflow artifact, including an AI-assisted intake experience. We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. The Services may be offered as a preview or evaluation release and may change as they mature.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You may need an account to use parts of the Services, including signing in through a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. You will not: (a) violate any law or the rights of others; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (d) reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law; (e) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or (f) use the Services to build a competing product.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). You grant Framework a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to submit it.
6. AI-assisted output
The Services do not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice. Outputs are provided for your evaluation and use within your own judgment and processes.
7. Intellectual property
Framework and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related software, content, and trademarks, excluding Your Content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Framework’s intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as permitted here.
8. Third-party services
The Services may interoperate with third-party services (for example, identity providers and infrastructure providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Framework is not responsible for third-party services.
9. Fees
Some features of the Services may be offered free of charge or as part of an evaluation. If paid features are made available, applicable fees and payment terms will be presented to you before you incur a charge.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Framework does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framework will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framework’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Framework for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Framework from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
