Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 30, 2026 · Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Framework (“Framework,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit useframework.ai or use the Framework Console and related services (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Account & identity information

When you create an account or sign in — including through a third-party identity provider such as Google — we receive your name, email address, basic profile details, and authentication identifiers. When you sign in with a third party, we receive only the profile information that provider shares with us; we never receive your third-party password.

Information you provide

We collect the information you submit through the Services, including the workflow descriptions and messages you enter into the intake experience, support requests, and details you provide through forms such as our contact form.

Usage & technical information

We automatically collect information needed to operate and protect the Services, such as a browser-tab session identifier and request state, device and browser metadata (for example, user agent, network, and diagnostic information), and log data. See Cookies & similar technologies below.

2. How we use information

3. AI-assisted processing

The Framework Console uses AI-assisted software to help you describe a workflow, surface decisions, and draft an automation-ready workflow artifact. The assistant asks questions, summarizes the details you provide, and helps draft actors, decisions, pain points, and steps.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Treat generated workflow artifacts as a working draft until your team reviews and confirms them.

We process the content you submit to deliver your results and operate the Services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the confidential business content you submit to train publicly available, general-purpose AI models.

4. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure the Services (for example, to keep you signed in and to maintain session state). Where required, non-essential cookies are governed by your choices in our cookie consent manager. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may affect how the Services function.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described here:

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Policy. Raw intake chat content is session-scoped, and Framework does not intentionally retain raw transcript text beyond what is needed to operate the intake experience. Account and contact information is retained while your account is active and as needed to meet our legal, accounting, and operational obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information as described in Your privacy rights.

7. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Framework is based in the United States, and the Services are operated from the United States and other locations where we and our providers operate. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@useframework.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
